We could not have been happier using Rosemary as our travel agent. We went on a Western Caribbean cruise aboard Carnival to celebrate our friend's 30th birthday and as a belated honeymoon. Rosemary was able to get us a cabin one room away from our friends, which made meeting up very easy. She also surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine and personalized note that was waiting for us in our cabin upon arrival.
Rosemary also had experiences with the ports we were visiting, so she was very helpful in guiding us through the best options for daily excursions. The excursions companies she suggest had an intimate feeling with only 10 or less people in the group, so we got personalized attention.
Overall Rosemary's knowledge, attentiveness and customer service skills made our full cruise experience better than we had hoped. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cruise travel agent.
