I want to welcome you to my website site and tell you about my experience in the travel industry. This way you will feel confident and comfortable with the personalized travel services I can offer you.
My name is Rosemary Karlin and I have been involved in the travel industry since 1996. I received my Travel Agent Certificate from Mundus Travel & Tourism before entering the workforce.
I have gained an abundance of knowledge as a travel agent. Working 1 year for Amex, 4 years for Alaskan Airlines and 13 years for Great American Travel in Phoenix, AZ before officially going out on my own to bring you Rosemary’s Luxury Cruises.
My 13 years with Great American Travel gave me the most experience of how to properly guide my clients through dreaming up their perfect getaway, booking the cruise vacations and assisting with any special accommodations along the way.
At Great American Travel, I started out as a luxury travel agent and climbed the ranks quickly to become their General Manager. It was not only my duty, but my pleasure to assist guests with any travel need they may have had. Most of my clients have been with me for years and have become my friends.
In early 2013 I decided to leave Great American Travel and open my own independent Cruise Planners franchise to better service my clients with all of their travel needs.
With my intimate knowledge of the cruise industry and the relationships I have built with different cruise vendors along the way, I will be able to book any cruise vacation that you would like to travel on, while securing the best value for your dollar.
If you have questions regarding travel insurance, excursions in any cruise port, special requests for the cruise line or any other question, I will be able to easily answer them for you. If for some reason I can’t answer your question, I will speak with my cruise vendors and provide you the exact answer to your question.
Additionally, being in the travel industry I like to experience cruises as much as I can, so that I can better guide my clients between the experiences they will have aboard a luxury cruise line like Crystal Cruises or a larger ship experience in Carnival.
